When working with clients Jordan's goal is to get them moving well and keep them moving well.

His approach is simple. Get you out of pain, restore your proper mobility and the retrain the way you move.

He has been inspired and influenced over the years by the work of Gray Cook, Stuart McGill, Charlie Weingroff and Ido Portal.

Jordan has also enjoyed co-working we other healthcare practioners ranging from GP, massage therapists and strength and condiitioning coaches to help you attack your problem from multiple angles to enhance clients results.

🎒 Back to school backpack tips

We hear it all the time in clinic — parents are worried about the weight and posture of their kids’ backpacks… and rightly so!

With school back in, here are a few helpful tips if you’re concerned about your child’s pack:

• Keep backpack weight to no more than 10% of your child’s body weight
• The pack should sit no higher than the shoulders
• And no lower than the hips
• Pack heavier items closest to the back panel, so the load stays closer to the spine

If your child is still complaining of a sore back, it might be time for a check-up.
👉 You’re welcome to bring their backpack along too — we’re happy to assess it with them.

Candice is the newest and highly valued addition to the NSC team, joining us at the end of 2023. Clients were quick to connect with her vibrant energy and depth of clinical knowledge - especially in her key interest areas of women's health and kids' Chiropractic.

Candice's goal in the clinic is simple. Help patients live pain-free so they can get back doing the things they love, without limitations.

Outside the clinic, Candice is all about movement. She's experienced in Pilates, training, hiking, touch football - and pretty anything that gets the body moving!

Nick earned his Master of Chiropractic at Macquari

Nick earned his Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University and has been part of the team since 2015 and has since built a reputation for combining hands-on skill with performance-driven thinking. His further studies include:
- FMS (levels 1 & 2)
- Dry needeling
- Shockwave therapy
- Functional Range Conditioning

When he's not helping people feel and move better in the clinic, Nick is busy coaching national-level swimmers. Working with athletes gives him a front-row seat to what the human body can do - and what it complains about afterwards. Luckily, he's great at fixing both.
